<p>Your GPA looks alright. But I would definitely try to improve upon your SAT score. Maybe you can try the ACT. At this point its hurting you imo. Best of luck to you!</p>

<p>Yes, definitely retake the SAT and try to improve to at least 1700. You’ll be fine by then.</p>

CSUN is looking like a high match/low reach (your math score is a wee bit under the 75th percentile), and you should know, as an international student, that the CSUs (or…at least Cal Poly SLO) rate students based on an algorithm of sorts, so you really do want to raise it up…</p>
