Chance me please! In need of urgent advice

<p>I recently graduated from Queen's University (in Kingston, Ontario, Canada). I got accepted to the University of Toronto for a one year Masters of Engineering program (Electrical Engineering). I'm thinking of not going but instead applying to UCB and Caltech and Imperial College London next year.
Do you guys think my chances are ok? If they're not tell me straight up I won't be offended! I just don't want to waste a year applying and then not getting i.
Cumulative GPA: 4.12/4.3
