<p>Two great teacher recs: I started in Japanese 1 sophomore year and jumped to 4 the next year (now fluent,) started in French 2 senior year with no prior knowledge of french, teacher asked me to move into French literature class within the second week of school. Basically, in my recs and essays it shows I have a special skill with languages.</p>

<p>Wake forest was one of my "Safeties" but I realized it isn't that easy to get into...was I right considering it a safety?</p>

<p>Definite in. I got accepted last week, and we have the exact same SAT scores (1440/2130), and you have a better weighted GPA than me. I have a better UW though. Your extra curriculars are pretty impressive too, I’d say we’re about the same there. So if I got in, you should too!</p>

<p>Don’t send your ACT scores. They roughly translate to a 1320 SAT, and your actual SATs are much higher.</p>
