comments: Hoping the NMF helps me get in, Really want that half scholly.

I think you have a great shot at getting in. Your SAT score is definitely high enough in my opinion (it’s right around the 75% percentile for USC,) your grades look good, so do your APs

Congrats on the 800 M score btw, I got a perfect score in that section too.

Also, I want to know what you want to major in. If it’s something math related, the high test scores in the math should be really helpful.

Your ECs look good too so I think you definitely have a good chance at getting in.

Is there any area you think I should focus on specifically?

Your stats are solid across the board although the GPA is mildly “average” for USC these days. That said, I would focus on tailoring your application to USC specifically. Tell them why you specifically want to go to USC (and not Michigan or Cornell or Harvard) and you should be fine. What do you want to major in? And why do you want to do that major at USC? That’s what I would focus on, rather than having USC be one of a dozen different schools that you rapid-fire send off applications to.

BTW @WalNorte, I plan on majoring in engineering!

bumppppppppp

bump again  would love more opinions!

Looks good, I think you have a decent chance.
