<p>Yes, you have a chance. Much will depend on your passion for your ECs and community service, as well as your essay and recommendations. Although your general SATs aren’t as strong as many, Smith is SAT-optional, which means they won’t put much weight on them. Your subject scores, however, are excellent; they say a lot about your high school preparation in those areas.</p>
<p>You seem to be a good fit but your profile doesn’t stand out in either direction…I’d guess you’re somewhere in the vast middle, where the assessments are most difficult. The ends of the bell curve are easier.</p>
<p>GetAAAAAA, you didn’t really tell us much about your ECs. What you may consider average may not be. While you may not have cured cancer, you may have done some terrific things that could stand out. Let us know what they are. Also, have you had an interview? If it’s possible, even with an alum, that could be useful. And what about your teacher recommendations?</p>
