current school: top 5 university in mainland china
major: electrical engineering
GPA: 3.69/4 (all electrical eng, math, physics courses are A-level)
no chemistry since it is not offered(RPI actually do not require chemistry)
TOEFL: 92(not good but minimum of RPI is 88)
No SAT(As a junior, I don't need to submit SAT)
Have taken stanford summer school and have a gpa 4.13/4(one A+)
some EC (but I don't think they believe any ec from china)
essay: mention something that only RPI could offer</p>

<p>I’m afraid only RPI itself can “chance you” for this transfer. Not many people have the experience to rate international schools. I can tell you that when friends apply for a PE license, they often have to jump through all kinds of hoops documenting their undergraduate degrees from overseas, because they are usually not accredited here.</p>
