Hi everyone. I’m hoping to be admitted into Bentley early action, which is a few weeks away, but I wanted an opinion on my chances(half for a confidence boost, I suppose, and half out of inquisitiveness)

I’m Hispanic and from Miami, which I hope qualifies me as a URM, and perhaps my location offers diversity?

I have a 2050 on the SAT, a 760 reading and a 610 on the math.

My gpa is kind of low, 3.4 UW, but it has gotten significantly better each year, from year 1 having awful grades, to year two being a’s and b’s and one c, to all a’s and a single b as a junior, and all a a’s quarter 1 and 2 as a senior.

I have taken mostly honors classes, and this year I am taking two AP classes, the rest being honors except philosophy.

On the biggest high school regret essay, I talked about my freshmen year, and how I moved passed it. I believe my common app essay was good, but that is of course subjective.

My class rank is 81 / 281 I believe… I know I’m in the 29 percentile.

Additionally, I received a most improved award, along with an an English department award, which I got for scoring well in an essay contest for my high school.

Do you guys think ill get in early action? Or else be deferred? obviously, my biggest hope is to not be rejected, but getting in EA would be kind of nice, rather that waiting to find out later on.

thank you for your time.
