I'm applying to UCF for the Fall 2014 term. I know they have rolling admissions, and it's better and easier to apply sooner rather than later. When should I send in my application by do you think? Here are my stats:

Senior in high school (one of the best high schools in my area)
White female
Out-of-state (Oregon)

Unweighted GPA: 3.2 (dragged down by my freshman year)
Weighted GPA: 3.4 (should be up to above a 3.5 by graduation)
UCF recalculated GPA: 3.4 (without my freshman year it would be a 3.75...sigh)

ACT: 25 (english: 27, math: 27, reading: 22, science: 25, writing: 8)
SAT (estimations based off all my practice SAT tests and how I think I did on the real SAT I just took): Critical Reading 500-560, Math 660-700, Writing 670-730

Course Load (AP is not offered at my school, but IB is):
Freshman and sophomore year = basic core classes, language, and electives (freshman year GPA 2.72; sophomore year GPA 3.42 not cumulative)
Junior year = IB 20th Century World History (one semester only), IB Math 1-2 Pre-Calc, IB English 5-6, IB Mandarin Chinese 7-8, IB Physics 1-2, Forensic Science (junior year weighted GPA of 4.0)
Senior year (this year) = IB Math 3-4 Calculus, IB English 7-8, IB Mandarin Chinese 9-10, IB Psychology, US History, Astronomy

I'm also going to take 4 IB tests in May.

ECs:
Astronomy Club (outside of school; current)
Commitment in a music band/orchestra for 4 years
Took private flute lessons for 5 years
Part-time job at Hollister Co. (current)
Modeling (current; was also agency-represented for a span of 6 months)
Peer Mediation team at my school (leadership; current)
Volunteered at a peer-to-peer support hotline for teens seeking guidance (junior year)
Participated in China Bridge Summer Camp last summer (went to China and practiced language skills)
Also possibly getting involved with Chinese Club and Fashion Club at school currently.

Also assume that my essay is pretty good and emphasizes the long way I've come since freshman year in terms of my intellect, academic achievement, specific focuses/goals and motivation.

What do you think my chances are of getting in, and when should I apply? Thank you!
