I would appreciate any insightful input on my chances when it comes to getting into reputable medical schools.
Here are the important components of my application:

GPA: 3.75
Science GPA: 3.71
MCAT: 37
Major: Math and Double minor in Chemistry and Psychology
Extracurriculars: EMT for about a year now, volunteer at hospitals as a research assistant
Research: Partook in a psychological study that is currently getting published at my university
Ethnicity: Black

Negative aspects of my application: -I have two withdrawals and one D on my transcript
- The school I currently attend isn't considered top tier

Your GPA and score seem quite good. Not certain how the D plays (what is the subject). I have seen some combined admission programs mentioning C- as disqualifying them. However, the minimum MCAT score is not all that high in many of them.

I received the D in general chemistry lab I ( Lab and lecture are separate courses and receive separate grades). I retook the lab and got an A ( I already had an A in lecture). I reside within Massachusetts.
