Middlebury would be a reach for you without a strong hook. ACT range is 30 - 33 and Middlebury rejects plenty of kids with better grades. No harm in applying, but look one level down for better match schools like Trinity, Conn College, Lafayette and Holy Cross.

You have plenty of time to retake the ACT, for sure plan on prepping and taking again if you can.
