Chance me please?

<p>Hi guys, so I just want to hypothethically know what my chances are to get into some schools I like.</p>

<p>Im in a very competitive school with a graduating class of 900. I have roughly a 3.9-4.0 (unweighted) GPA. Here are some of the classes I take:</p>

<p>9th grade:
Honors English
Honors Social Studies
Honors Algebra 2
Band (1st chair)
Health
Computer Technology
Honors Earth Science
Spanish II</p>

<p>10th grade:
AP U.S. History
AP Microeconomics
AP Calculus
AP Statistics
Honors Pre Calculus
Honors Biology
Honors Chemistry
Spanish III</p>

<p>11th grade:
Calculus Multivariable
AP Biology
AP Comparitive Politics

<p>Standardized testing:</p>

<p>I got a 31 on the ACT (Math 34, English 35, 26 Reading, 29 Science, 97th percentile)
Im going to take the SAT in october and SAT II in November.</p>

<p>Extra curricular:
-Varsity swimming (3 years, 3 varsity letters, section finals)
-Varsity Speech Team (3 years, 3 varsity letters, section finals)
-Gold Award in National Writing Competition (chosen out of 140,000 work)
-Regional Art Award, Silver medal
-Martial Arts (Adult Class, 8 years)
-Key Club officer
- National Honors Society
-over 150 volunteer hours
-Graduate of Second-Language School, number 1 ranked
-Intern at company to help fundraising (helped company get a grant)</p>

<p>Do i have a chance?</p>

<p>I’d say you’re looking pretty good, chris. </p>

<p>With Pomona there is no guarantee, but if you nail the SATs, keep up the GPA and manage to write a few tight and interesting essays, I’d put you at 75/25.</p>
