<p>Ok, I am slightly nervous because I will be applying for FA. I do not need a full scholarship, but at least half of the tuition. Next, my backstory is very interesting. I survived Cancer as a child, and now I am back to living my entire life. I am at a top 25 day school, and I get straight A's with a A- in latin. I got a 98% on my SSATs and I am applying to:
Deerfield
Andover
Exeter
Hotchkiss
Choate
St. Pauls
Taft
Loomis Chafee
Groton
Lawrenceville</p>

<p>I am applying to so many places because I have to see where I will get in. As far as extra curriculars go:</p>

<p>I play squash competitively, and I am ranked 6th in the nation ( true fact, squash is not a SUPER popular sport)
I also play Field Hockey and Lacrosee at my school, and I am on varsity in 8th grade because the coach said she could really use me on her team. I play the piano but I would not say it is amazing. I have won many awards for community service which I spend about 8 hours each weekend participating in. I also had my photography published on the cover of a very famous book ( will not state the name because then you will know me)
Also, I speak Chinese, Spanish, and English. When younger my cleaning lady taught me Spanish and my babysitter taught me Chinese.
I really would like to come to a boarding school because I want that kind of community, I am worried that because I had cancer they will not accept thinking I am a health hazard and could become sick any minute.
Oh and I also know a member on the board of trustees at every school except Loomis, Lawrenceville, and Hotchkiss. My parents are very well connected because my grandparents were socialites and very wealthy. Please Chance me!</p>

<p>Hey jyun, if people want to chance you, they will go there themselves. I’m kind of tired of your reminders on almost every chance thread. Fyi, interrupting someone else’s thread is annoying. And I believe people have the basic ability to decide whether they want to post a reply or not.

<p>@PAAndover, i think your background is very unique and may help you stand out, great stats, but that’s still lot of schools. What grade are you applying?</p>
