I think the above is pretty accurate. But your UW GPA is a concern. Colleges care about the UW GPA. You have a lot of rigorous classes, but I have to wonder what your grades were in those classes. They might look at your AP scores to see if they match or exceed your grades. Do not submit your SAT, your ACT is far better. They will not care who wrote your teacher recs, only what the recs say.
