Going to Rice Uni to major in materials science and engineering has always been my dream.. so what are my odds?

GPA UW 3.9 W 5.2 on 6.0 scale
Ranked 20 of 450
I've taken all the available AP/Dual Credit classes at my high school and have scored a 5 on all the AP tests I've taken
ACT C 33 M 36 E 34 S 33 R 30
SAT 2240
Haven't taken any SAT II's

I take cello private lessons, and play with the local advanced youth orchestra. I've received top scores for solo and ensemble performances at the state level. I also privately play piano and guitar. I played soccer up until my junior year in high school. In UIL math and science competitions, I regularly place top 5. I am a leading member of our school's science club. I am fluent in multiple programming languages, and can write a mean code. I am close to fluent in English and Spanish, but I can speak Portuguese at a survivable level. I skipped first grade (if it helps). I haven't done very much community service, but that could change with NHS/SHS this year.
I honestly feel like I haven't accomplished that much throughout my high school career which worries me for admissions.... My safeties would be A&M or UT, and I'm thinking about applying to MIT/Caltech as a sort of YOLO because you never know..
Recs are strong and hopefully essays won't suck. Thanks.
