My brother attends a Maritime academy and even though his academics weren’t stellar, he took the opportunity in his interview to express his passion and willingness to work hard in the academy and was accepted. They saw his ambition (plus he can charm the hell out of anyone but that’s beside the point) and appreciated it. Your academics are awesome, great resume. Now, I don’t know if all maritime colleges are the same, but based on my bro’s experience, you most definitely have a chance if you keep it up and ace that interview which I’m sure you will!
