Chance me transfer from Northeastern to Top schools! Unique situation!

I'm very confused and upset , after went thru tons of threads, I feel my chance is very low, but still, I want to transfer out. I'm currently in the BSIB program of Northeastern (International business major in short), and I really don't like the co-op and career orientated atmosphere for I'm a really liberal arts type student.

Basically I got rejected by all IVies I applied as freshman, however, it was because I only learned English for 2 years for I'm an international student, thus I had poor SAT score (around 1800). In the end, I only got into Northeastern and BU.

So, my first semester here in Northeastern was full loaded with business classes such as "Becoming a global manager" -- teach you how to start up a business, "Personal Skill development" -- prepare for work and study abroad, Calculus, Physics, and College Writing 1111 (we have different levels, 1111 is for native speakers), however, my GPA wasn't great because I really hated my classes, I got :

B- for becoming a global manager,
C for Personal skill (1 credit),
A- for Cal,
B+ for Physics (I'm bad at science)
B+ for CW

GPA was 3.19, I know its really poor, therefore I gave up all business classes and choose liberal classes this term: Roman history, French, MacroEcon, and statistic.

As far as I can tell now from my exam scores/Midterms, I can hit for 4.0, since I got all A's on my midterms. In that case, my whole GPA would be 3.598. I understand this is not a solid GPA for IVies, but its mainly because I can't do those pointless business classes in the first term, and I really enjoy my classes this term, therefore I want to major in Econ/European studies in a more liberal arts focus schools.

Besides my poor GPA and SAT, I had extremely outstanding ECs in high school (not sure about college), Very appealing and unique essays:

Tons of recognized leadership experiences, lots of international/national debate awards, national speech champion 3 years in a row, 4.0 GPA in my high school (ranked top in my country), national honors, had my own TV talk show for 12 years with regular audiences, impressive acting/drama experiences (national stage piece, etc.),and I also speak 7 different languages (fluently in German, Mandarin, Cantonese, Japanese, Conversational in Russian, French, Basic Arabic)

(Duke and Columbia basically admitted me before they received my SAT score (wait-listed me without my scores, I sent scores afterwards), Yale write me several emails and ask if I have better scores. I know I had big shot but my poor English experience cut me off with poor SAT. )

I also took a GAP year after high school as an Intern at Merrill Lynch and Germany overseas embassy (in an Asian country), had strong recs from my employers. However I got rejected again because my poor English.

In Northeastern, I found one student club (recognized with around 150 students) as the president, peer elected president for my residential hall, peer tutor, teach languages weekly in a student organization with approximately 50 students, swimming club, Finance and Investment club, Debate Club, Acting Club, and work as an E-board member of another popular club (have to keep the name private)

Now I decide to re-apply, however, I don't know if it worth me to re-apply with a 3.59 GPA and old SAT scores. My plan is hit for Brown, Cornell, Duke, Tufts and several LACs, then transfer from these schools to HYC with a high GPA. Or stay for another year to hit for a high GPA, then transfer as a rising junior.

Is this realistic?? NEEED advicessss!!!! PLEASE CHANCE MEEEEE!

Why would you announce that you plan to transfer to the first schools mentioned only to say you’ll try to transfer AGAIN to HYC (an what is the “C” in that acroynym?)

Many schools waitlist about half of the applicants.
This means that they aren’t out right rejected.
It doesn’t mean that at a school with a less than 10% acceptance rate, that a waitlisted candidate will ultimately be accepted. Some of these schools accept a tiny per cent of the wait list.

I think that you are an international student trying to find yourself and obsessed with prestige.
These schools reject valedictorians with perfect sats, because they have so many applicants.

If you want to be in a liberal arts college, find a few to apply to and stay there for 3 years.
