I built a team to develop the platform and provide service to a plethora of companies around the globe, including multiple Fortune 500 clients. PhishTrain involves sending simulated phishing attacks to employees to test their responses. If we see that they interact with the fake phishing attack, PhishTrain’s platform immediately enrolls them into a detailed educational module. The client is then able to view analytics on employee performance and educational benchmarks. Visit at https://www.phishtrain.com (Sophomore, Junior, and Senior Years)

If your service is being used by Fortune 500 companies why apply to college? Just grow your business and save 250k and 4 years

@NeilMo I appreciate your reply. Right now I am actually looking at possible exit strategies and am using the current success of PT as leverage for colleges. Based on my other stats, am I competitive for Wharton?

Your test scores and GPA are below average in all honesty. Being a white guy from jersey won’t help. That said you have an extremely strong hook with your business. I think you have a good as shot as anybody. You can’t really give a guaranteed “yes” at a school as prestigious as UPenn. That said, I would also keep in mind your business…I looked up some videos of your company, it’s quite innovative and impressive!!

@NeilMo Thanks a bunch! And yes I do know that my scores/grades are quite low… but I do sneak into the middle 50%… just barely. Thank you very much or your review.

@mplewis1 hello. Im a current freshman at wharton. You have a very very good shot at getting in. But of course there is honestly no way of knowing because so many different factors. Your grades are definitely low which could be a negative. I highly suggest not finding an exit strategy from the company you created. Wharton and penn have so so so so many opportunities for guidance and free funding money for startups. You can honestly make such amazing progress here because the guidance you can get is truely amazing. Hopefully we can go to school together. You seem to be doing amazing things and if you ever want a tour around the school or want to grah coffee if you get in let me know. You will soon see one of the best things about college is the ability to meet people who are so educated and know so much and being able to learn from them.

Nice ECs! But your SAT score is a tad low…what is your unweighted GPA? Also have you taken subject tests?

@doorrealthe 3.68 unweighted while taking the most rigorous courses available (correlates to just over an A- at my school). I also have a 790 in Math II which is the only subject test that I will be submitting.

@mplewis1 Penn wants to see 2 subject tests from Wharton applicants.

@2021Hopeful That is not true. For Wharton applicants, Penn only recommends the Math II subject test.

@mplewis1 best of luck!!
