Chance Me? / Where Should I Be Looking? Bad GPA, decent SAT REALLY Worried

<p>unweighed GPA: 2.94 (at end of junior year)
I don't know how to calculate my weighted GPA but all of my classes starting junior year are IB.
My freshman year seriously messed up my GPA so I will include all of my grades below.</p>

English: D+
World History 1: B-
Latin 3: B+
Italian 2: D+
Algebra 2: B
Biology: C
Wasnt on ADHD meds yet, that's why my grades were so poor.</p>

Physics: B
Italian 3: B+
Geometry: B+
WH2: B
English: B</p>

IB ITGS HL: A

Sitting my second SAT in October hopefully getting around a 2000-2100</p>

National Latin Award Medal (11th)
Member of tons of clubs.
Student Council Member (12th)
100+ Community Service Hours (tutoring, walks etc)</p>

<p>Schools I'm looking at:
CU Boulder
UWashington Seattle</p>

<p>I really have no idea what sort of schools are out there that I can get into. I want to go to a medium-big school in or near a big city. </p>

<p>I don't know if this helps but I'm in no need of any financial aid, my family is paying for my education. </p>
