<li>SUNY Albany–Don’t know much about this school…But I’d say match since you have good grades and a decent SAT.</li>
<li>SUNY Binghamton–Same as above.</li>
<li>U Maryland Coll Park–Reach. I live in MD and unfortunately, MD is a bit more competitive for OOS. Your grades are definitely good enough, but it’s kind of a crapshoot coming from PA. Definitely good luck to you; it’s an AMAZING school. I’d say your chances are more good than bad though…</li>
