<p>You have a strong resume. You have a story and many colleges would love to have you. I reckon if you were in-state you’d have no trouble getting into UNC. I don’t know enough about the others to provide anything but unfounded speculation, but you’re going to have no trouble getting into a competitive school.</p>

But looking through all of your info, it looks like you have a good chance of getting into all of the schools you listed. Even though your GPA isn’t as high as it could be, you obviously are a very talented writer and will use that to your advantage on your applications. UNC-chapel hill will probably be hard to get into out of state (like you told me!), which could really be a bummer for both of us :((
Georgetown might also be a reach.
But your story, writing skills and all your EC’s will definitely help your applications. I actually have a really similar story to yours! Except I probably don’t write as well as you haha
