Other awards mostly from School

Recommendations - Excellent

Now the deal breaker - SAT Score - 2030, SAT II ( Jan 28th score, I am still shocked with the score. I felt I had done MUCH better ) - ( Maths - 630, US History - 640, Physics - 650 )

Being an international applicant, it is even harder for you to be excepted (statistically). Being from America, it is hard to interpret you school grades. I am assuming the numbers are percentages and if so, they are way too low. Two B+s, a C, and an A- are just no where near good enough. Your SAT score does help either. You do have good extracuricculars, but I just don’t think that they make up for the grades especially since you are an international student. Good luck though!

They are not as bad as you think, As per US standards the scores would be A+, A+, A+, B+

Take into account chemgeek, Indias grading policy and school system is 10x harder than the American one.

See pages 5 & 6 for international admissions. It is very difficult.
