Hello!!!

I was looking at different threads regarding Pomona college, and it seems like an amazing school. I probably will apply early decision if my mind doesn't change over the next two years.

I have about a 3.85-3.9 unweighted gpa, and I am not exactly sure what my weighted gpa would be. It seems quite low in comparison to other people I have seen on this site. I have taken 4 ap courses so far (I am a rising junior), and I am pretty confident I got 5s on them (hopefully, lol). I plan to take about 12 ap courses in my high school career. I have taken the most rigorous courses in terms of Honors. I am in a very competitive school as well, which seems to be to my disadvantage.

I have just taken the practice PSAT and scored about a 220, and I am taking the chemistry sat 2 next weekend. Here are my extracurriculars (I left out the stupid ones which I don't really have interest in): Member of the Robotics Electrical team, Science research (planning to enter siemens next year), President and founder of the Puzzle/Brain teaser club, Spanish soccer writer on sports website, volunteering at senior home, and volunteering at brother's school for autistic children. I also plan to get a summer job this year. I also have NHS and Spanish NHS, but I don't think these are nearly as important as the other ones....

I am interested in neuroscience by the way...
