I'm a horrible test taker (got 3s on previous AP exams, but A's in the classes and my AP US teacher even told me I'm one of the most brilliant students he's ever had), but I have a strong GPA (4.15 W, around 3.9+ UW) and many leadership and ECs;

<p>I am not really familiar with Suffolk, but Merrimack looks like a match, and Northeastern may be a reach. Maybe you should try taking the ACT. There are a lot of people that struggle with the SAT and do much better on the ACT. It really dependes on your style of learning, and maybe the ACT will be a better fit for you.</p>
