<p>Have you considered applying to any of the other UW system schools? Your GPA is low and your ACT is 25th percentile for admitted students at UW Madison.</p>

<p>UW-Whitewater has a well-regarded business school.</p>
<p>Your stats indicate that you might struggle too much to be successful at UW-Madison. College is mainly for the academics, enjoying the campus comes after you do your work. It does no good to pay tuition and fail your classes. You might consider a transfer to UW once you prove yourself at a different college.</p>
<p>By the way, your intended major of Economics is not a major in the Wisconsin School of Business at UW-Madison.</p>
