I just visited UW Seattle this weekend and met with admissions / toured campus. They’re very focused on ensuring that all of the prospective freshmen meet the CADRs regardless of their GPA or test scores. Also, UW does not accept weighted GPAs, but know that your GPA/test scores won’t make or break your application. From what you’ve listed, you seem to be a strong candidate, but the CADRs are the most important part of the application.
