Chance me?

I’m not applying for colleges yet as I’m only a tenth grader, but I want to get prepared so I can get into the ones I really want to get into:
UC Berkeley
UCSF
UCLA

So far, this is the list that I’ve compiled in order of preferred colleges.

I have a 3.9 GPA unweighted and so far, have only taken one AP class (AP Human Geography) as a freshman and scored a 3 on the exam. I’m an Asian American female, so I know my chances at UC Berkeley aren’t the highest. I plan to take seven classes all four years and am currently taking one AP class (AP European History). As for extra curriculars:
-Choir (will do all four years)
-Creative Writing (will do all four years)
-Chamber music (one year)
-Piano (since I was four, not part of school, will continue to do all four years)
-Key Club (volunteering club, will do all four years)
-Mandarin (a college class I take outside of school, but still counts for credits. Doing 3 semesters, which counts for 3 years, but the class does NOT count as an AP class)

I currently have about 20 volunteer hours, not including during the summer and so far, I have won an award for being overall outstanding writer in my Creative Writing class.

I have an aunt who graduated from UC Berkeley and I’m not sure this helps, but my cousins, brother, and I are the firstborn generation in America, our parents all came from countries like Malaysia, Burma, Vietnam, and Japan.

I’ve volunteered at summer camps and community festivals. All of my art classes were part of an art program within my school that required auditions.

What are my chances?

I presume you’re in-state? No one can tell you much if you haven’t taken the SAT or ACT yet.

Yep, I live in the Bay Area. Do you have any tips or advice?

UCSF is just graduate, right? Pretty sure you can’t eve go there for undergrad. You’re roughly on track for everything. 10th grade means so much can change, so take some tests, solidify your GPA, even junior year right now without test scores is a little too early to predict.
