Your SAT/ACT scores as well as your GPA are great. However, when it comes to ECs, I don’t see anything that differentiates you from the other applicants. When applying to an ivy league school, it is often assumed that you will have good grades, so ECs really help you stand out. Maybe if you listed out what APs you took and what major you’re planning to pursue, that would help me make a better prediction. However, I understand that at this point there’s nothing much you can do that will drastically change your application. Here is my prediction:
Stanford - No
Duke - Possibility
Yale - No
Boston - Yes
Wash U - Yes
USC - Yes
UC Berkeley - Waitlisted
Northeastern - yes
I don’t mean to be too critical. Good luck!
For the exception of BU, all of these schools have a 10% or less acceptance rate regardless of stats. BU is a statistical match, but it’s a financial reach. In fact, all of these schools are going to be a financial reach. Be sure you apply to UW and WSU, otherwise you could end up spending your fall semester at community college.
Also, consider scholarships. Alabama, TCU, and Baylor all offer university guaranteed full tuition scholarships for your stats.
I don’t know how different the chances are for out of state applicants to UCBerkeley are but I would say you have more that a fair chance at UCB and Northeastern. Northeastern isn’t really on the same level as the other schools you listed in my opinion, unless you’re going for the pharmacy program which is very prestigious. My sister is an alumna from there, she didn’t have the best stats, but had amazing recs and a good essay about her experiences going to Thailand for a summer program and such. You should really look into other universities, apply to about 12 or so so you can have a balanced list and some safety schools too. Places like Colby, Williams, Bowdoin, other UC’s etc.
You look like a competitive applicant for UCB and they would love to have you as a full pay OOS student. UC’s offer little to no financial aid to OOS students, so expect to pay close to $65K/year to attend.
Best of luck and what is your intended major?
