Chance Me!

Can u list what good colleges i can get into with a 2050 (780 Math 670 CR 600 Writing) SAT score but an unweighted GPA of 3.0.... (in the US or London)

I've taken during my 3 years: Bio, Chem, Physics, Physiology, Spanish (3 years), English (3 years), World History, AP US History, Honors Geometry, Honors Algebra 2/Trig, AP Calculus AB, AP Stat, PE (2 years), Art 1, Foods 1 (basically home ec)

my ECs are Freshman BBall, JV BBall, Varsity and then Varsity again next year, after school tutoring at my school once a week for my junior year, then some random ones like Habitat for Humanity and Volunteering with my church which probably combine to about 50 hours

Colleges that I'm interested in:
Purdue, Pittsburgh, Syracuse, Michigan State, Univ. of Arizona, Penn State, Boston University, Ohio State, Indiana U-Bloomington, UConn, and Fordham

if you guys could give me some info on Pitt too that would be great... cuz if i could get in there that would make my life... actually literally make my life... I've been a Pitt fan my whole life and i was wondering if you could give me like a percent chance at me getting in

here's my two cents-colleges value the CR much higher than the math. You're high math score doesn't help THAT much, unfortunately. Work on CR and maybe writing.

anybody else?

anybody? plz?

I think you are looking good for Pitt. I think you have a pretty good list there, except for some of those larger state schools like Michigan, Ohio, Penn State that can be grade conscious. You need to check how your class rank will show if you have one.

we dont have class ranking but if i were to guess... (class rankings is purely off of unweighted GPA right) i would probably something around 55-65 percentile

anybody else?

I'm kind of interested in Syracuse University also but one of my teachers grew up there and hates the town. Apparently it's absolutely freezing and really far away from NYC itself. Some of my relatives went to Boston University and had slightly low test scores but made up for it with their grades, so I don't know if that one would work out for you.
