Rank: i have two different ranks . for one of them i am 9% and the other i am 11%.

This is a very annoying factor about my school. the easy classes are extremely easy, pretty much just show up=A or B. whereas the honors/AP courses are intense. but some of the honors classes like spanish are incredibly easy. so people who took easy classes and a couple easy honors classes can have a higher rank and same GPA as me. does USC take this into account?

Done alot of volunteer work, tutoring, mentoring, etc.etc.etc. involved in a bunch of clubs. over 500 hours community service

My mother and grandmother attended USC also. I have a bunch of cousins/uncles who also attended.

what do you think my chances are for fall admission? and if i can't get into fall admission, how can i get spring admission?

What school are you applying to? It all depends on your major but for CLAS I would say USC-Match.

It sounds like you really want USC. Your APs are geared towards getting credit for some of the required classes. Check the USC application brochure about how many SAT IIs are required this year to make sure you take the right tests and send in the required results. I would not worry about how easy/hard your classes are towards your GPA because you have a nice, high GPA. I suggest you try to figure out how to highlight your community service.
Did you get a special award for 500 hours? Any honors, awards? I suggest you work on your essay. What do you want to study? I suggest you compare your statistics with the profile of others who got into USC from your high school. This should be in your guidance counseling office. I think if you convey an enthusiasm for USC, write a great essay, you have an excellent chance of acceptance. I don't work for USC, but your description sounds excellent.

I want to apply as undecided. am i allowed to?

Yes, an undecided application is fine and is treated as applying to the College of Arts and Sciences. You don't do anything different to be considered for Spring admission; you're considered automatically if you're not "in" with the first wave fall admits.

You're a match for CLAS especially with the legacy lol. USC doesn't require any SAT II's but they do consider them if you submit them.

You are a great candidate if you write a good essay. Good chance!

I'd say a very good chance

What is CLAS?

College of Letters, Arts, and Sciences.
