<p>I am very curious as to what everyone thinks my chances are at certian NYC colleges. My top choice is Fordham ( I know i'm not quite NYU smart/rich enough haha) Please let me know!</p>

-Top 8 % of class (25 of 350)
-SATS M 600 CR 630 W 610
-TOTAL = 1840
-2 AP courses (Bio and English) My school only offers 5 APs.
-Honors math, french, science, history
-Plenty of electives</p>

<p>Well GPA and SAT’s maybe a little lower for the top schools. rank is good, and you may want to get a letter of rec from guidance counselour that ur school has limited AP’s but if they had more, u would’ve tkaen/done well.
Try getting a 2100+ though.</p>

<p>You never said any particular colleges, but reach/in at NYU, Columbia’s a lot off, and Cornell would be a reachish. It’s a crapshot neway.</p>

<p>The average GPA for Fordham admits is 3.7. Your score is also in the middle of their range. Numbers alone, Fordham is a match. Considering your excellent EC activity and awards, I’d say you’re probably in for Fordham.</p>

<p>You also have a shot at NYU… I’d say high match/low reach. I’d suggest you retake the SAT, as students virtually always score higher the second time around.</p>
