Chance of transferring to UT Austin? 3.36

I'm looking to transfer to UT Austin for this coming spring as a sophomore. I'm a biology major looking to get into the college of natural sciences. I went to a private university in ATX and did ok my first semester and ended up with a 3.68 with an A in Precal, Physics I, and Communications and a B in US History. In the spring though I messed up big. I missed about two and a half weeks of school being sick and I fell a little behind right before finals. I ended up with 3.0 for the spring with an A in Calculus I and English and two Cs in Physics II and Psychology. I was surprised about physics because I'm good at physics but missing school I was playing catch up and took a test and a final that I wasn't prepared for. I ended up with a 3.36 for the year which I know is kinda ****ty. I have a lot of EC and community service mostly from high school and summer as i didn't have a car and a good amount of job experience and I'm shadowing my doctor this summer just to get some experience. I'm sure I could get good LORs from my professors. I decided to stay home for at least a semester to save money and I'm registered to take Calculus II, Chemistry I, English, and Art History. However, I know ultimately GPA is going to matter a lot more. I guess I'd just like to know what my chances are getting in whether it's the school of natural sciences, undergraduate studies, or getting in at all. Any help/advice would be great, thanks!
