Chance please? Class of 2018 Reg. Decision

I am not really certain about my chances applying to Cornell and I'm a bit stuck, it would be awesome if someone could tell me what they think my chances are or what I'm doing right or wrong.
Here's my stats:
Gpa: 3.8(weighted) probably about 3.5 UW
SAT: M-770 CR-620 W-690
SAT 2: taking Math II and Physics soon
Ethnicity: Hispanic
EC: Co-founded Physics Club and competed in Physics olympics. President/VP of Math Club. Competed on Math Competition team. Member of key Club. 2 Years varsity Soccer. School peer math tutor. Not much Comm. Service but working on it. 6 Years of travel soccer. Certified Lifeguard, worked during summers.

Very rigorous course schedule all honors in average Catholic school, but my school offers few ap courses only about 5. I am currently taking AP Physics and AP Calc BC. I have already taken AP Calc AB and got a 5. One weird part about my transcripts is that i switched to a public school sophomore year, didn't do too well because it was a bad fit and switched back junior year and did very well.
I am also taking the SATs again in october and hoping to go up around 50-100 points in CR and squeeze out 30 points in math to get the perfect score to bring me to around mid 2100s. With this better SAT scores is it possible to even try some higher ivies or elite schools or no?

I think you have a decent chance because of all the extra curricular stuff you have. The fact that you’re Hispanic also helps you with your chances. Your gpa sorta blows, but if you bump up your SAT scores, it might make up for it. Your Critical Reading is a tad low for Cornelle. They don’t take the Writing score btw.

I’m insecure.

It’s a reach. Low GPA, and you should try bumping up your CR.

Thank you for your thoughts. I agree that my CR is very low for Cornell. I was hoping that I might be able to show a strength in Math since I’m going to be applying for the schools that have economics/engineering.

bump please
