Chance this high school failure please!

For my first two years of high school, I basically just showed to class and slept lol. So my grades are horrible, 2.8 GPA overall throughout my first 3 years of high school. 2.2 freshman year, 2.8 Sophomore year, 3.4 Junior year. Yeah, horrible I know...I deeply regret not doing anything in my first two years. For senior year, I have a 4.1 GPA, but college only look at the first semester of senior year grades? So overall, my high school GPA is around 3.0, counting the first three years and first semester of senior year. Would GMU consider looking at the grade trend lol?

For Freshman year, classes I took were: English 9, World History 1, Geometry, Biology, Spanish 2, PE 9, and Design&Tech

For Sophomore year: English 10, World History 2, Algebra 2, Chemistry, Spanish 3, PE 10, and Marketing.

For Junior Year: English 11, US VA History, Precalculus, Physics, Spanish 4, Marketing, and Gourmet Foods.

For Senior year: English 12, AP Government, IB Math Studies, Geosystems, IB Spanish 1, Business Law, and Information Systems.

I have a low SAT score also...1670.
Critical Reading:480
Math:620
Writing:570(Essay:8)

As for extracurricular activities, I don't really have much. I'm a member of Spanish Honor Society, DECA(An Association of Marketing Students), and FBLA(Future Business Leaders of America), and I play varsity basketball. I also did volunteer work for Operation Smile:a charity group that helps kids with cleft lip and palate.

I have a counselor recommendation and my college essay is good, well, at least according to my English teachers.

We don't have class ranks in Fairfax County Public Schools.
I'm Asian.

Do you guys think I have a chance at George Mason University or Virginia Commonwealth University?

Thanks!

Any answers? please.
