Hello,

Major: computer science
Indian
Gender- Female

GPA - 3.93 uw 4.36 w
SAT - 610 CR, 650 M, 630 W (superscored, it sucks but i can’t change them now)

Classes: i took all honor courses through out my high school career.
10th- preclac at University of Hartford
11th- ECE english, Visual basic at University of Hartford
12th- ECE marine science, calc at University of Hartford, calc 2 (2nd semester) and english (2nd semester) at univeristy of hartford

My problem is that everyone takes the honor courses in my school (like they don’t have a choice). Would this hurt me since colleges looks at me in comparative to the people in my own school?

please chance me
THANK YOU!!!

My sat was about that and I got in. I don’t think they really look at it unless it is lower than 1850. They say they look at the “entire package” and the success of the alumni proves that it works. University of Hartford classes seem unique Did you go out of your way to go take them at the University? You say you want to concentrate in Computer Science so I wonder if you have some background/experience that may set you appart in that area (make Babson understand why you will excell in this concentration?) Entrepreneurship is also big at Babson, so make sure you let them know if/how you are interested in it! Overall I say your academics are 100% adequate and the quality/uniqueness of your application (+ video supplemental/interview) will hopefully push you into the acceptance pool!

My school has a partnership with University of Hartford. To take them, you have to do exceptionally well in your classes at the high school. I took a visual basic course and i am planning on taking more Computer Science related courses.
