My GPA is 3.5, but my highest ACT is a 24 (due to my LD in math, but I got a 27 in English and a 32 in Reading). My extracurriculars include working on a book project where I have collected over a hundred drawings from children living in areas stricken by poverty, famine, etc. and I plan to publish some of these drawings in a book in the coming future. I also am working on a project called 'Books for Vietnam' where I am in the process of sending ESL resources and American books to poor Vietnamese school districts. I also volunteer at my elementary school library and in the school, I volunteer at a local hospital. I plan to major in IR, so I'm def. looking at Whitehead. What are my chances for Whitehead? Is Seton Hall generous with FA (I've heard mixed things)?

I think you have a good chance at admission. Perhaps you would want to retake the ACT or take the SAT. Everything else looks good.
The financial aid is good but you need to know that the higher your standardized scores the more $ you will get. Good luck!
