Yes you got it right I am a PCMB student and I did not take CS as I am doing coding through a class outside school. And I was preparing for JEE till July 2020 and I am applying ED so I know I haven’t given it all, like people do and that is why I am worried if I will get accepted. Another big disadvantage is that I will be requiring a lot of need-based scholarship as my family annual income is just 15000USD.
Columbia is very expensive and unaffordable for most US families at over $80k per year. Columbia is “need-aware” which means your ability to pay will affect your acceptance.
Additionally, US health insurance is required and is NOT covered by the university’s financial aid. Travel costs along with miscellaneous expenses will be detrimental to your family’s income.
What you want and what you can afford are two totally different things. There are other universities that are ½ that price, or less, and are good universities.
Also, please learn to use punctuation and paragraphs. This was hard to read as a big “blob” of run-on sentences. I skipped most of what you wrote except for intro and last sentences.

Note: my school uses the deflation policy so that we score better in boards.
I apologize for the previous blob I typed it out I hope this is what you expected and will share what you feel about my chances.
Hey, I am an Indian as well and a student of DPS too!
Interestingly, I have same financial problem as yours and have applied ED as well!
I am a student of Humanities w/ Maths and have applied for Columbia College though but I find your profile and mine very similar in terms of grades and extracurricular:
Researchs, National Awards, Sports Captainship, Volunteer, Head Girl, NO SAT… its just the same!
So just wanted to tell you, you ain’t alone. We are likely to face the same predicament and all we can hope for is to have it in our favour
ALL THE BEST
