I'm mainly worried about my comparatively low PSAT scores (we'll see how this year & SATs go) and how I began a lot of my activities sophomore year. It seems that I'm joining more clubs every single year - I hope this won't seem that I'm uncommitted or spontaneously random. :)

Thanks in advance for any chance!

bump...........

nobody? lol

Hi NotToo_Crazy, I'll chance you, but can you chance me too? http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/what-my-chances/538677-please-chance-me-i-d-really-really-appreciate.html.

First off, make a better title! No one's gonna chance you unless your title's interesting and catches their attention. Of course, I'm nice, so I chance everyone who hasn't been chanced yet.

And, you're a rising junior ... stop freaking out! Go out and enjoy the sunshine (if you have sunshine outside) or go and study that SAT prep book! It's too early to chance you for the top schools, as it is already pretty hard to predict for rising seniors. You've obviously worked already in high school so far, otherwise you won't have the 4.0 UW and you've done 2 APs already ... and you have 2 years left! Your list of ECs is a little bit long, but they're pretty good. Make sure you actually do something in the activity --- admissions prefer people who are very active in a few clubs than those who just show up in a LOT of clubs. Also, do not list anything you've done in middle school ... it just distracts admission officers (remember they read tons of application, so they won't appreciate extra stuff).

You went to Summer@Brown 2008!? I did too! Who are you and which class did you take? Please PM me .... and you can PM me for other questions if you like.

Good luck!

Hi!
Like the previous poster said, you're only a junior so you have time. Your AP's, grades, and activities look great...

The standardized test scores could be improved for schools of the Brown/Yale caliber, but you have tons of time.

Good Luck
