Chances as an international applicant?

I’m a Sri Lankan aspiring to become a student at Wharton… Do u think I have any chance of getting in?
Here are my stats
sat:-2310
Gpa:no gpa in Sri Lanka cuz university selection does not depend on ur school exams,depend fully on the public exams.
Public examinations: OL-8A 1B, AL-3A (top 100 in the country)
Awards/achievements :-royal institute of chemistry all island writing competition -2nd in the country
National competitions :- 2008 eastern singing 2nd in the country(Carnatic)
2010 1st in the province and district-eastern music(Carnatic)
2009 1st in the district(Carnatic)
Chosen to sing the national anthem at the commonwealth summit in Colombo
Extra curriculars:- Fully trained in Carnatic vocal singing
Partly trained in western classical singing
Member of the school Leo club…etc…
Yet to take sat 2 subject tests

My answer for UPenn is going to be the same as it was for Harvard, Yale, and Princeton, although UPenn does not have an international Office with statistics that I can point you to.

@Jayadevvd Penn admitted 6.7% of the international applicants for the class of 2018 so it is quite hard. also for the class of 2018, 3 students from Sri-Lanka were accepted at Penn.

List high school awards, not EC’s completed years ago, because it looks like you are trying to pad your EC list.

We don’t have high schools in Sri Lanka!!!

The one given by the royal institute of chemistry Sri Lanka was last year

I did win some provincial awards last year which I didn’t post

Becoming fully trained in Carnatic music takes at least 10 years so u cannot say that did it long time ago before my senior years
