I am looking to transfer to Cornell next year as a sophomore. I am a freshman in engineering at The University of Michigan. I am looking to study computer science. My GPA, however, is only a 3.17. At the start of my year I was dealing with an eating disorder and I had to talk a friend out of suicide so school was not terribly important. I am super involved though now and hold an officer position in SWE and I'm in a sorority. I also did a summer program that helped prepare me for professional development. Is it worth applying or is my GPA too low?
