Chances at a Top Economics PhD

Hello.

I live in the Dominican Republic and am 22 years old.

Bachelor degree in Economics, GPA 3.85 / 4.0 (from the highest ranked university in my country).

Currently enrolled in a Pure Mathematics Master, current GPA 3.9 (after Real Analysis, same university).

I work in the International Department of my country's Central Bank and will have 2 years and a half of experience by time of enrolllment.

I will also have completed the pure mathematics master by time of enrollment (I already completed all Real Analysis courses).

I want to apply for fall 2014 cycle.

Research and publications include:

An undergraduate thesis,

Undergraduate social research paper,

A year of writting the international commodity prices section of a monthly publication made by my department (published in the Dominican Republic's Central Bank webpage every month),

Conducting market research work in my father's company for multiple enterprises, and helping with presentations for his thesis advisor conferences (He is a PhD in Education and serves as a thesis advisor for Nova Southeastern University). So I am fairly familiarized with most aspects of writting a dissertation.

I am also currently working on several International Juncture Analysis related to commodity prices and their impact on our Balance of Payments. These are published at our Central Bank as well, but are very short at 2 pages worth of text.

There are no major solo publication though.

What are my chances of being admitted at a top 20 econ department in the US, especially top 10?

Thanks in advance.
