Chances at California schools and a few out of state...

Thank you in advance to the people who reply to this post .

Basic information: White female from Southern California, currently a rising senior at a prestigious public school

School GPA: 3.9ish
UC GPA: ~ 4.2
SAT I: Second time, 2010 (600 Math, 660 CR, 750 Writing w/ 10 Essay)
First time, 1850 (590 Math, 630 CR, 630 Writing w/ 10 Essay)
SAT II: 760 US History, 610 Molecular Biology, 570 Math Level II (math isn’t my strong point, and I will definitely retake this)
I will receive my AP scores for Biology and US History in July.

Freshman year schedule: Regular English (no option for Honors English freshman year), Geometry, Biology, 2nd year Spanish, Beginning Journalism, Tennis first semester and Track second semester (each counts for PE credits)

Sophomore year schedule: English Honors, Algebra 2 Honors, Honors Chemistry, Health (required course), Second year journalism (staff writer on the school paper), 3rd year Spanish, Tennis and Track

Junior year (current) schedule: AP US History, AP Biology, Pre-calculus, Honors English, 4th year Spanish, Cross Country and Track

Senior year schedule: AP Statistics, AP English, AP Spanish, Honors Government /Honors Economics, Physics, Cross Country and Track

Courses taken in the summer: Modern World History, Geography, Ceramics and Art

Extracurriculars (a tad weak, but this shouldn’t matter that much for state schools):
Two years tennis (Varsity letterman both years, League participant)
Two years (projected) cross country (Varsity letterman, Most Valuable Junior, school Athlete of the Month for October, etc.)
Four years (projected) track and field (two-year Varsity letterman, numerous other related awards)
Girl Scouts since third grade (extensive community service, earned the Silver Award (second-highest award in Girl Scouting), etc.)
Ecology Club (first-year member this year (but projected two-year member), have done some community service work related to the club)
Additionally (or if it matters), I joined a plethora of clubs freshman year, but quit all of them due to the little amount of time I had outside of schoolwork and sports.

Awards: CSF (California Scholarship Federation) member, NHS (National Honor Society) member, Scholar-Athlete Award all three years, and numerous others I can’t think of right now. I don’t mean to brag when I say this, but just know that I have incurred many academic awards over the years.

Essays should be good, as well as recommendations. Now, what are my chances at the following?
Loyola Marymount University
San Diego State University
Chico State University
Sonoma State University
Cal Poly San Luis Obispo
UCSD, UCSB, UCI, UCM, UCLA, UCB, UCD, UCSC
University of Colorado--Boulder
