I’d say it’s 50/50. SAT is where it needs to be gut your GPA isn’t on par.

Would Clubs increase my chances? I’m the president of the Math team at my school

Clubs don’t really increase chances unless if you have a leadership role. Being the President of the math team is great, but what else do you have?
