Chances at harvard,princeton,yale,upenn,brown

since it seems to be a common thing:

i'm a white male from long island, new york

Rejected from all unless u get that SAT CR above 600

I was just about to bet all my money that you were Asian. I still can't believe a white guy (no offense please) is so good at math, but not CR or writing, ha ha. Well, I think you have a shot for Brown, but for the rest, your scores just don't cut it, sorry. Good luck though.

not accepted to any ivys becuase of your low SAT CR score... SATs are used to compare to other students, and when you look at the middle 50% they are generally around 700 or higher, so that means 25% will have a lower score.. but generally not that low

Retake SAT in January?

Unfortunately, with such low verbal SAT scores you probably won't really even be in consideration at most of the Ivies. With your scores (and interests) it seems like a school like MIT would be a better match (all though MIT may still be a bit of a reach).

MIT would be a reach as well. While being tops in Math at your school is commendable, how competitive is your HS? There are tons of Math geeks out there with better SAT scores. ECs that show another dimension would be helpful.

Since you said you took the AMC, could you provide the scores?

no where's too impossible. :) it depends on how you market yourself.

I'd say 90% of Rejection at HYP, Penn, and Brown, because of the low english-competency. Are you an immigrant? If you are then your chances rise significantly.

Also GIVE US YOUR AMC SCORES AND YOUR OTHER SCORES. Otherwise your chances provided here will be a lot lower than what they actually are.
