Applied Calculus (Highest math class that isn’t AP Calc)

Academic Cultural Literature (Highest Literature Class that isn’t AP)

Forensics

Eagle Scout (Project was building a fire pit and picnic area for the Appalachian Trail Museum)
Organized and led Troop of 30 kids for a year
In OA, Scouting’s Honor Society, Brotherhood rank
200 hours of community service
4 year volunteer at relay for life
3 year cashier at family business
2 year blood drive volunteer and donator

Can you guys give me any advice on buffing my ECs in time for admissions this fall? I think those are the only things I can add on to in time. Could I make it it if I apply for Summer session? Can you fully explain it too? I only know that it increases my odds. Do I have a chance at a branch? Thanks for helping me out!

Adding an extracurricular at this point is essentially meaningless. Colleges look for activities you’ve been involved in over a longer period of time, and something you’ve done for 2-3 months will rarely move the needle.

What you can do is to try and take on a leadership role in one or more of your current ECs-that’s something a lot of colleges like.
