<p>I think you're going to have problems with Cal, UCLA, and UCSD too. If you're from PV, the school averages are so high that your GPA can't even put you in the top quarter.</p>
<p>I think Columbia may be a bit of a stretch, but you can apply anyways because you never know, but if you want NYC go NYU. Your scores are good and you are a legacy so you have a good chance. I personally think you should take the math IIc because you could probably do better than you Ic score.</p>
