<p>What are my chances for these schools based on my stats? (stanford, cal, ucla, usc)
Public school in Southern California.
G.P.A: 4.6</p>

<p>SAT 1: 1920 math:660 c.r: 630 writing: 630 </p>
<p>(I swear I did not know the SAT even existed until the end of sophomore year. Did not really study, as a result :/. It's probably because I have no family members in college other than my brother (one year older), and my school/community is pretty bad. I live in the "ghetto" as some may call it. lol. I think I might have the highest SAT at my school, and it is relatively low. The lack of motivation I see embarrasses me sometimes >.< )</p>
<p>SAT 2: math 2: 620; us history: 640.
AP Exams: USH: 5; English language & composition: 5; AP euro: 3; AP calc: 2 :/</p>
<p>Extra-Curriculars: Track for 4 years. 3 years varsity and captain 1 year. (mile time of 4:40). Cross Country 3 years varsity (captain).
French Club 3 years. (President junior year)
Eco-Club 2 years.
AVID 4 years.
CSF 2 years</p>
<p>work experience: been working at mcdonald's for 1 year now (average of 11 hrs. per week) (summer about 30 hrs. per week). Got a job for financial need.</p>
<p>Awards: not much. principle's honor roll. MVP cross country. All-league cross country. Iron man for track. AP scholar. All of my awards are from my school... nothing big.</p>
<p>Hooks: Mexican-American. Low-income single mother (12,000 a year). First-generation college student. Domestic violence problems as a child. Brother is currently at Berkeley?</p>
<p>Letters of rec: pretty good. they describe how I overcame domestic violence and still did well in school. </p>
