It's a bit too early to tell, but...

Your scores are rather weak for Stanford; you're going to need to get the SAT score up to 2150+. And you'll need to take more subject tests, because a 630 and 590 probably won't cut it. You have a few too many Bs (though mainly freshman year, which isn't calculated into your GPA), and that C definitely is not good, so for junior year, try to shoot for straight As. As for your extracurriculars, you don't seem to show much of a focus; you go from volunteering things to academic quiz bowl to sports to MUN. So, in your last two years, try to find a specific passion for something -- something you really love, and try to follow that in as many ways as you can. This is probably most important. If you can do that, you'd probably have a pretty good shot at Stanford. Good luck.

No chance whatsoever.

Your ec's seem really filler. And without having completed junior year, nothing can be determined whatsoever. Work hard! :)

Stanford: REJECT

^^ why do you always capitalize "reject"? You don't do the same on "accept," "likely," "maybe," or any of the others.

If you don't maintain straight A's for junior year, with that C you're rejected.

If you do maintain straight A's, slight chance you'll get waitlisted.

How big is your school? Top 1% with a 3.9 W seems a bit strange. You can definately pull your grades up, but your going to need straight A's for the next 3 semesters to give yourself any real chances. Are you going to continue varsity sports for the rest of high school? Those seem to be the only legit EC's you've got, you'll need to take a leadership position or really do something over the top in any of the other's to make them meat on your application. Becoming a Captain of one of those sports teams would help you cause as well.

You're real killer is your test scores, however. You're going to need a PSAT of 220+, no more SAT II's sub-700, and a SAT score of 2250+, and that's just to be competitive. You need to improve in all three areas of your PSAT. You seem like you could just be a poor standardized test taker, nothing necessarily wrong with that. My suggestion would be to do some serious studying on your own, perhaps take a prep course if its financially possible. Is your high school public or private? Competitive or Not?
