Yes, I REALLY want to get in. The school I go to now doesn't have much extracurriculars and I want to try new things (i.e. sports and the like). Plus, the teachers aren't that great, and so there's no challege. And for the tuition that we pay (it's kinda high compared to other private schools in the country), I just don't think that it's worth it. My only real concern is the amount of money my parents are going to spend for the application fee, SSAT fee, F-1 visa fee and all the other fees, especially if I end up getting rejected from every school that I apply to.</p>
<p>Is there anyone here that has undergone the visa application procedures? I really need advice on how to ensure that I be able to get one. Is it rare to get one that lasts for about 4 years of however long it takes to graduate?</p>
