<p>For me, William and Mary is out of state. Will that make a difference in admissions decisions? Oh yes, and finances are kind of an issue. I am thinking about applying for an ROTC scholarship, so if I get that, I think that I will be able to go to any of the universities that I am accepted to.</p>
