chances at upenn ED?

ok here are some basic stats:

3.32 uw gpa
221 psat
1520/2280 SAT I
SAT I CR: 800
SAT I M: 720 (ugh, but I'm not retaking it. I'm done with SATs)
SAT I WR: 760, 12 essay
770 chem
770 math II
5s on calc AB, chem, eng lit
4s on spanish, apush

I'm a white male jew from MA.

about the gpa, I'm not lazy, I just go to a small (35 people in my graduating class) grade deflating private school. since the class is so small, class rank won't help all that much either, but I'm probably near the top.

in terms of classes, I've always taken the hardest classes and I'm taking 5 classes that could be considered "AP" classes because they are so difficult, but for my econ and my physics classes, we take macro and micro and both physics C APs. I will certainly have an upwards trend and I might be able to maintain an A- average for the 1st quarter in time for ED.

my ECs are good (I can elaborate if people want) and I'm doing the Intel Science Competition. my essays will also be very good.

here's my tenative list at this point. I'm not looking for more schools, just my chances at these schools, especially upenn ED. these schools are the upper echelon schools on my list.

upenn ED
MIT
Stanford
Princeton
Duke

What to say? Think safety.

Penn ED is a good match / slight reach for you.

bobby100, do you mean upenn is a safety or I should be thinking about other schools for safeties? if you mean the latter, I have some safeties, but I was wondering about my chances for my reach schools.

anyone else? pretty please?

upenn is by no means a safety

I know, that's why I was confused by what bobby100 said. cmon I really need to get an idea of where I stand if I apply to upenn ED, so does ANYONE have any thoughts?
